Information on the processing of personal data

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as the GDPR – we hereby inform you that:

I. Personal data controller

II. Data Protection Officer

Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For all matters relating to data processing, please contact the Administrator at iod@videosat.com.pl.

III. Purposes and grounds for processing
The purposes and grounds for processing your data will be in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The grounds for data processing may be consent to processing, performance or conclusion of a contract, a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller or the legitimate interests of the Controller.

In the case of data processing based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

IV. Right to object

1.You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

2.You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing your data for this purpose.

V. Data retention period

1.Your personal data will be processed for as long as there are legal and factual grounds for doing so.

VI. Data recipients
Your data may be accessed by our subcontractors (processors), e.g. accounting, legal and IT companies, couriers, and companies cooperating in the installation of our equipment.

VII. Rights of data subjects:

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:

a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;

b) the right to rectify (correct) your data;

c) the right to erase data, restrict data processing;

d) the right to object to data processing;

e) the right to data portability;

f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

VIII. Information on the requirement and voluntary nature of providing data
Providing data is voluntary, but may be necessary to conclude or perform a contract or carry out other activities.
