Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using cookies, which are used to provide electronic services requested by the User, by Video-Sat Adam Zaporski in Warsaw, Bitwy Warszawskiej 1922r 21/1.

I. Definitions

Administrator – means Video-Sat Adam Zaporski, ul. Bitwy Warszawskiej 1922r 21/1 in Warsaw, NIP 11300061302, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.

Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website.

Administrator’s Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.

External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Website.

Website – means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domainswww.trackgps.pl, www.videosat.com.pl, www.autokarowesystemy.pl

Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website.

User – means an entity to which, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of law, services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

II. Types of cookies used

  1. The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User’s Devices in this way. These files allow the identification of the software used by the User and the customisation of the Website to each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, their storage time on the Device and the assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies: The User has the option to restrict or disable access to cookies on their Device. If this option is used, it will be possible to use the Website, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
  3. Session cookies: these are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. Ending a given browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User’s Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for the collection of any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device.

The User may make the changes referred to in the previous sentence using the web browser settings or by configuring the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User each time cookies are placed on the User’s device.   2. The User may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use.
  3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

V. The content of the website and its contents, including texts, photographs, drawings, in whole or in part, are the property of Video-Sat Adam Zaporski and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights to the content, photos and drawings posted on the websites www.trackgps.pl and www.videosat.com.pl are reserved by Video-Sat Adam Zaporski.

Copying, modifying, displaying, selling, distributing, posting on the Internet, processing for commercial purposes, sharing on computer systems and networks or any other ICT systems, or transferring materials contained on the website www.trackgps.pl, www.videosat.com.pl in any other way and on other media (including sending by e-mail) without the written consent of Video-Sat Adam Zaporski, its partners or content providers is prohibited.

The app requires internet access to function properly.

The application requires the login and password of a user who has a GPS device installed in their car and connected to the TrackGps server.
